The real job

You do not need more technology. You need technology that is owned.

If IT still lands on the owner, COO or office manager, the organization has outgrown reactive support. These are the five responsibilities a modern technology partner should take off your plate.

01

Security you can prove

Controls, documentation and evidence for leadership, clients and cyber insurers.

02

One accountable support team

A clear path for help, proactive maintenance and ownership across vendors.

03

Recovery you have tested

Backups, restore validation and a practical plan for the day operations stop.

04

Microsoft 365 under control

Better identity, device, licence and collaboration governance as the team grows.

05

AI with useful guardrails

Start with measurable workflows and protect confidential information from day one.

Best fit

Built for complexity before enterprise overhead.

Infostructure is designed for organizations too complex for break-fix support, but too small to staff a complete internal IT and security department.

20–150 employees

Enough people, devices and systems that informal support has become operational risk.

One or more GTA locations

Toronto, Peel, York and surrounding teams that benefit from remote and local support.

Sensitive or client-owned data

Organizations that must protect information and explain their controls with confidence.

A controlled transition

From IT uncertainty to a clear operating rhythm.

The first objective is continuity. The next is visibility. Then we improve the environment in the order that creates the most business value.

  1. 01

    Discover the environment

Inventory access, users, devices, vendors, critical systems, risks and recurring frustrations.

  2. 02

    Stabilize and document

Close urgent gaps, establish support paths and reduce dependence on undocumented knowledge.

  3. 03

    Improve from a roadmap

Prioritize security, productivity, lifecycle and automation work against business goals.

Straight answers

Questions Toronto SMB leaders ask before switching IT partners.

What size organization is the best fit for Infostructure?

Our fully managed model is designed primarily for GTA organizations with 20 to 150 employees. Organizations with internal IT can use a co-managed model, while smaller teams may be better served by a focused security, cloud or automation project.

Do you provide on-site support across the GTA?

Yes. Most issues can be resolved remotely, but on-site support is available across Toronto, Peel, York and surrounding GTA communities when hands-on work is required.

Can you work alongside our existing IT employee?

Yes. Co-managed IT adds monitoring, cybersecurity, help desk capacity, projects and specialist escalation without replacing the internal knowledge your employee already brings.

Can you help us use AI securely?

Yes. We begin with data permissions, approved tools, useful workflows and human review. Microsoft Copilot or another AI tool should be deployed because a measurable use case supports it—not simply because the licence exists.

What happens when we switch IT providers?

The transition starts with access, systems, vendors, backups and documentation. Urgent risks are stabilized first, then recurring issues and longer-term improvements move into a prioritized roadmap.
